Norfolk Booty

A Bookable Workshop, 45 mins, book when buying tickets. Sessions 11.30, 12.30, 2.30, 3.30

The ‘Norfolk Booty’ is the treasured Swallowtail butterfly, which in the UK only lives in the Norfolk Broads.  This beautiful (or in Norfolk, ‘bootiful’) creature is famous as Britain’s biggest, and one of its rarest butterflies, and it’s stripy caterpillars only eat Milk Parsley, which is almost restricted to  the ‘Broads.  Join this workshop to hear the story of how the fairies discovered what it loves to eat to enable it to grow and be happy.  Make a finger-puppet baby caterpillar and a winged adult butterfly.

Children must be 3yrs and up and accompanied by an adult. No buggies or under 3s allowed in the tent.

This is a bookable workshop (£3 + eventbrite fee) and places are limited. Book your place when you buy your admission tickets online.
