Have you seen this great video of the Parade of Lantern Animals from last year’s Real Halloween ? This is what you missed – and we hope it will be as successful this year !
Thanks to Visit Norfolk for the footage and Abbie Panks for the edit
Please note that the Parade goes over some rough ground in the dark and up steep slopes in the woods so is very unsuitable for buggies. It follows the story in the Woods which is not suitable for small children or babies (as we all need to be really quiet – turn off your mobiles please and if you want to chat, don’t come to the story).
But you can see the Parade as it emerges from the woods in the valley behind Holt Hall, from the terrace garden, and then join it as it wends its way back to the Main Lawn where the event closes at 5.30pm. So that’s a good spot if you are not joining the start of the Parade.
The Good Elf Pub and the Halloween Cafe will both stay open and serve until 5.15pm.
