Some of our Workshops are bookable in advance and tickets for these can be purchased with your entrance tickets here.
These workshops are suitable for 3 to 8 year olds.
Cost £4/ child.
No under 3s will be allowed in these bookable workshops.
Only one adult must accompany a child (but the adult does not need a Workshop ticket).
We advise all visitors to arrive on site an hour before their first booked Workshop as late arrivals may not be admitted and missed workshop places are not refundable.
You should be able to make changes to your tickets (entrance tickets and/or workshop tickets) in advance, for example to change the day or remove places, or cancel it, at an administrative fee of £2.50/ change/ cancellation.
This however is only possible up to 7 days before the event (midnight on 21st) or when the tickets* have sold out, if that is sooner. [* This means entrance tickets or workshop tickets – when all the places for a workshop are sold, the workshop is removed from the booking site and after that, tickets are not refundable but can be transferred as specified below].
If on the day, your child no longer wants to do a Workshop, then you can transfer the ticket to another child in your party. Also, if you have ID and made the booking, you can transfer the ticket at the door of the Workshop, to another child, with the agreement of the Workshop Leader or Assistant, and sell the ticket at face value to their parent/ carer. Please note that you must be present, as the Workshop crew cannot do this for you.
If there are truly exceptional reasons to otherwise request a refund, these will be considered. Write to The Fairyland Trust Charity, c/o 12 Jolly Sailor Yard, Wells next the Sea, Norfolk, NR23 1LA.
Refunds will not be given if the purchaser/ user has not taken reasonable account of the advice, information or stipulations in the Terms and Conditions or other Information categories at this website.
Adding to your Booking
If places are available, you or someone else in your party can always make an additional booking with no administrative fee, through the normal online system, at any time up until bookings close on the day before the event (or earlier if we sell out).
Advance Supporter Tickets
Supporters will be able to buy some tickets before they go on general sale to the wider public. Supporter ‘advance tickets’ are limited to a maximum of four adults and four children per Supporter, together with up to two Workshop tickets per child ticket purchased. It will of course be possible for Supporters to also buy more entrance tickets and workshop tickets once they are on public sale.
