Our workshops can help you attract new audiences to your event, and add the magic of nature to any occasion.
We specialise in delivering high quality family focused workshops that teach about nature through arts, crafts, storytelling, folklore and theatrics.
Our work is best suited to families with 3- 8 yr olds.
Please note that no under 3s can take part in our workshops and an adult must be present at all times.
We have at least 20 different workshops in our repertoire and are happy to consider commissions if you have something specific in mind. Please do ask.
We have a pool of trained costumed workshop leaders with many years of experience.
All our workshops come with a printed card to take home with more information about the animal, plant or tree that the workshop is based on.
We pride ourselves on our décor, props and costumes which make our workshops stand out and help families to remember what we do and what they have learnt.
Our workshops can be held indoors or within a tent and can be run in two ways:
- Bookable 45 minute workshops
These run as fixed sessions which have a set beginning (often an interactive story) and a step by step led make or structured play. This requires families to sign up to the session in advance (can be done on the day).
- Drop in style make and take
These run as open drop ins where families are given materials and step by step instructions that they follow themselves.
Considerable savings can be made by booking for consecutive days and in some circumstances crew are willing to volunteer in exchange for tickets.
We also have beautiful medieval round tents for hire at £150/event which are suitable for our 45 minute bookable workshop.
